How to Buy

Christmas is for many people one of the most important times of the year, when ordinarily, family and friends come together to celebrate. This year has been incredibly difficult for everyone and so we are working hard to provide a safe and festive experience to add an element of sparkle and hope back into 2020!

We look forward to welcoming you to the stunning Long Gallery ruins of Newburgh Priory and letting us help you safely choose the perfect Christmas Tree from under the nose of Oliver Cromwell – the man who tried to ban Christmas!

Opening Times
Open from Friday 27th November to Sunday 20th December 2020.
Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Hand sanitising stations will be located at the main entrance and exits of the trees and shop with further sanitiser available throughout your experience
Physical distancing measures will be supported for the safety of all. Our shop will be operating a one-way system at busy times with contactless card machines, if this area becomes too congested, we may have to operate a one in and one out system

It is now mandatory for all visitors to wear a mask indoors – and in the pop up shop area

We are constantly reviewing the updated Government guidance and working with our partners across the North and the UK, and now have plans in place to reopen Newburgh Christmas Trees safely and responsibly. These plans focus on the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and local communities.
