Join our Block Printing Workshop

Block printing is a traditional method of creating unique and beautiful textiles by hand. In this one-off workshop, with designer Astrid Blake, you will learn the craft of block printing, using wooden carved blocks and textile dyes.  Astrid will guide you through the techniques of block printing before letting you have fun making your own set of block printed napkins or tea towels as personal handmade gifts or creations for your own home.

Date: Tuesday 2nd December 10am - 1pm 

Ideal if you’re looking for a different way to relax and reconnect with your creative side.  Think of it as a creative retreat, a place to find calm and inspiration. 

Astrid shares her experience and passion for colour, textiles, the unique and kindling the creative spark in everyone. 

You will have the chance to:

• Experiment with colour

• Learn a new creative skill

• Create your own unique printed textiles

• Take home your very own creations at the end of the workshop
